30-day money-back guarantee
Try Renvello Hair Mist for 30 days. If you're not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you. Opened and used bottles are covered, since that's how you try it.
How to request a refund
- Email support@shoprenvello.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions, including where to send the bottle.
- Send the bottle back. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Once your return arrives, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees aren't refunded.
In some cases, we may refund you without needing the bottle back. We'll tell you if that applies to your order.
Returns sent without contacting us first can't be processed.
Damaged, leaking, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.
Lost orders
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase (45 days for orders outside the US), contact us and we'll track it down, then resend it or refund you.
EU customers
If you're in the EU, you can also cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, as long as the bottle is unopened.
Refund timing
Once a refund is approved, your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If 15 business days have passed and you still don't see it, contact us at support@shoprenvello.com.
