Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after your order ships.

Shipping rates
Orders under $35: $4.95 flat rate.
Orders of $35 and up: free shipping.

Packaging
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in the manufacturer's original packaging.

Import duties
Orders shipped outside the US may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges aren't included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@shoprenvello.com, and we'll track it down, then resend it or refund you.
